FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to our FAQ. Here, we have gathered answers to the questions we are most frequently asked before helping new customers in Østerbro, Charlottenlund, Gentofte, Hellerup, and the rest of Copenhagen with new appliances.

Our Concept & Prices

Do you have a physical store or a showroom?

Do you have a physical store or a showroom?
We have turned the traditional concept upside down. Instead of running a traditional physical store, we come directly to you. Experience shows that choosing appliances in the actual environment where they will be used provides much greater peace of mind. We take measurements, inspect the existing electrical and plumbing installations, and find the perfect solution together at your location, ensuring you avoid any wrong purchases. However, you can always click through to visit our webshop or visit the respective brands’ showrooms.

Why should I choose an appliance consultant instead of buying online?

Why should I choose an appliance consultant instead of buying online?
You get the prices and logistics of major online retailers without the risk of choosing the wrong appliance. We source from the same central warehouses as the leading players, ensuring fast delivery and high quality. Our difference is personal service: we visit you, take measurements, review the conditions and take responsibility for making sure your new appliance fits properly the first time. Additionally, we offer an extended 4-year warranty on a wide range of selected products.

Areas & Locations Covered

Which areas in the capital region do you service?

Which areas in the capital region do you service?

Are you located outside these areas? You are always welcome to contact us – we will gladly check if we can visit your location anyway.

How much does an appliance consultation and measurement visit cost?

How much does an appliance consultation and measurement visit cost?
A consultation and measurement visit is free if you choose to buy your appliances from us.

When you book a visit, the initial fee is DKK 500 (excl. VAT). This covers travel, professional measurements and a visual assessment of access and existing connections. If you accept our quote and buy your appliances from us, we deduct the full fee from your final invoice, making the visit free. If you decide not to buy, the fee covers the consultant’s time and travel.

Please note: We assess the installation possibilities based on the visible conditions on-site. Hidden installations or existing conditions that do not comply with current regulations may require additional work.

You can book your consultation visit via our contact form here.

Delivery, Installation & Disposal

Do you also help with delivery, installation, and disposal?

Do you also help with delivery, installation, and disposal?
Yes, we offer a complete solution, handling the entire process for you. Our experienced professionals can manage delivery (either kerbside or with indoor carry-in), professional installation to existing compliant electrical and plumbing connections, and disposal of your old appliances for environmentally responsible recycling. We take care of everything for you.

What is required of my installations before your technician arrives?

What is required of my installations before your technician arrives?
Your existing electrical and plumbing installations must be legal, functional, and visible, as we generally do not install new systems or piping. If you are having a washing machine or dishwasher installed, your water tap must have an external thread (½" or ¾") and a functioning check valve (backflow preventer). For integrated dishwashers, there must also be a 10 cm diameter hole at the bottom of the cabinet side for the hoses.

What happens if the installation or delivery cannot be completed?

What happens if the installation or delivery cannot be completed?
If we make a wasted visit, we charge a fee of DKK 500 (excl. VAT) for a second delivery attempt or an unsuccessful installation. However, this only applies if no one is present to receive the items at the agreed time, if the existing installations turn out to be illegal or defective, or if you took the measurements yourself and the appliance does not fit. Please note: If we handled the measurements, we naturally bear full responsibility.

Returns & Complaints

What is your return policy if I change my mind?

What is your return policy if I change my mind?
As a general rule, you always have a standard right of withdrawal – though fortunately, this happens extremely rarely for our customers. Because we always ensure we map out your exact needs and measurements in advance, we get it right the first time. If, against expectations, a situation arises where you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find the best solution in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

What warranty and complaint rights do I have?

All our products come with a manufacturer-backed right of complaint and, in many cases, an extended warranty if you register your purchase. Since our appliances are sourced through the official Danish distribution channels, our customers are guaranteed maximum peace of mind. If you require service or repairs, please contact the official service line for the respective brand directly. You can find the complete list of phone numbers for the various brands right here on our service page.

Please note that your rights depend on whether the purchase is classified as a consumer or a commercial purchase.
